| 5 — 6 | Οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ ἐλθὼν δι᾿ ὕδατος καὶ αἵματος, ᾿Ιησοῦς Χριστός· οὐκ ἐν τῷ ὕδατι μόνον, ἀλλ᾿ ἐν τῷ ὕδατι καὶ τῷ αἵματι· καὶ τὸ Πνεῦμά ἐστι τὸ μαρτυροῦν, ὅτι τὸ Πνεῦμά ἐστιν ἡ ἀλήθεια. | 6 Ky është ai që erdhi me anë uji e me anë gjaku, Jisu Krishti; jo me anë uji vetëm, po me anë uji dhe gjaku; edhe Fryma është ajo që dëshmon, sepse Fryma është e vërteta. | 6 hic est qui venit per aquam et sanguinem Iesus Christus non in aqua solum sed in aqua et sanguine et Spiritus est qui testificatur quoniam Christus est veritas | {5:6} This is he that came by water and blood, [even] Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. | 5 — 13 | Ταῦτα ἔγραψα ὑμῖν τοῖς πιστεύουσιν εἰς τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ υἱοῦ τοῦ Θεοῦ, ἵνα εἰδῆτε ὅτι ζωὴν αἰώνιον ἔχετε, καὶ ἵνα πιστεύητε εἰς τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ υἱοῦ τοῦ Θεοῦ. | 13 Këto jua shkrova juve që besoni në emrin e Birit të Perëndisë, që ta dini se keni jetë të përjetshme, – edhe që të besoni në emrin e Birit të Perëndisë. – | 13 haec scripsi vobis ut sciatis quoniam vitam habetis aeternam qui creditis in nomine Filii Dei | {5:13} These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. | 13 Solches habe ich euch geschrieben, die ihr glaubet an den Namen des Sohnes Gottes, auf daß ihr wisset, daß ihr das ewige Leben habt, und daß ihr glaubet an den Namen des Sohnes Gottes. | 13 Сие написал я вам, верующим во имя Сына Божия, дабы вы знали, что вы, веруя в Сына Божия, имеете жизнь вечную. |
| 5 — 14 | καὶ αὕτη ἐστὶν ἡ παρρησία ἣν ἔχομεν πρὸς αὐτόν, ὅτι ἐάν τι αἰτώμεθα κατὰ τὸ θέλημα αὐτοῦ, ἀκούει ἡμῶν. | 14 Edhe ky është guximi që kemi tek ai, se nëse kërkojmë gjë sipas dëshirës së tij, na dëgjon. | 14 et haec est fiducia quam habemus ad eum quia quodcumque petierimus secundum voluntatem eius audit nos | {5:14} And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: | 14 Und das ist die Freudigkeit, die wir haben zu ihm, daß, so wir etwas bitten nach seinem Willen, so hört er uns. | 14 И вот какое дерзновение мы имеем к Нему, что, когда просим чего по воле Его, Он слушает нас. |
| 5 — 15 | καὶ ὰν οἴδαμεν ὅτι ἀκούει ἡμῶν ὃ ἂν αἰτώμεθα, οἴδαμεν ὅτι ἔχομεν τὰ αἰτήματα ἃ ᾐτήκαμεν παρ᾿ αὐτοῦ. | 15 Edhe nëse e dimë që na dëgjon, çfarëdo që të kërkojmë, e dimë se i marrim kërkesat që kemi kërkuar prej tij. | 15 et scimus quoniam audit nos quicquid petierimus scimus quoniam habemus petitiones quas postulavimus ab eo | {5:15} And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. | 15 Und so wir wissen, daß er uns hört, was wir bitten, so wissen wir, daß wir die Bitte haben, die wir von ihm gebeten haben. | 15 А когда мы знаем, что Он слушает нас во всем, чего бы мы ни просили, –знаем и то, что получаем просимое от Него. |
| 5 — 16 | ᾿Εάν τις ἴδῃ τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ ἁμαρτάνοντα ἁμαρτίαν μὴ πρὸς θάνατον, αἰτήσει, καὶ δώσει αὐτῷ ζωήν, τοῖς ἁμαρτάνουσι μὴ πρὸς θάνατον. ἔστιν ἁμαρτία πρὸς θάνατον· οὐ περὶ ἐκείνης λέγω ἵνα ἐρωτήσῃ. | 16 Në paftë ndonjë vëllanë e tij se mëkaton mëkat jo për vdekje, do të kërkojë, edhe Perëndia do t’i japë atij jetë, atyre që nuk mëkatojnë për vdekje. Ka mëkat për vdekje; nuk them të lutet për atë mëkat. | 16 qui scit fratrem suum peccare peccatum non ad mortem petet et dabit ei vitam peccantibus non ad mortem est peccatum ad mortem non pro illo dico ut roget | {5:16} If any man see his brother sin a sin [which is] not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it. | 16 So jemand sieht seinen Bruder sündigen eine Sünde nicht zum Tode, der mag bitten; so wird er geben das Leben denen, die da sündigen nicht zum Tode.
