Hebrenjve — Kapitulli 10 | DHIATA E RE | Hebrenjve — Kapitulli 12 | ||||
| 1 est autem fides sperandorum substantia rerum argumentum non parentum | {11:1} Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
| 2 Sepse me anë të këtij morën dëshmi të mirë të moçmit. | 2 in hac enim testimonium consecuti sunt senes | {11:2} For by it the elders obtained a good report. | 2 Durch den haben die Alten Zeugnis überkommen.
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. |
By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him:] for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. |
11 — 7 | Πίστει χρηματισθεὶς Νῶε περὶ τῶν μηδέπω βλεπομένων, εὐλαβηθεὶς κατεσκεύασε κιβωτὸν εἰς σωτηρίαν τοῦ οἴκου αὐτοῦ, δι᾿ ἧς κατέκρινε τὸν κόσμον, καὶ τῆς κατὰ πίστιν δικαιοσύνης ἐγένετο κληρονόμος | 7 Me anë të besimit iu tregua Noes nga Perëndia për ato që ende nuk shiheshin, edhe si pati frikë Perëndie, ndërtoi një arkë për shpëtim të shtëpisë së tij; me anë të së cilës dënoi botën, edhe u bë trashëgimtar i drejtësisë që është me anë të besimit. By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
| 8 fide qui vocatur Abraham oboedivit in locum exire quem accepturus erat in hereditatem et exiit nesciens quo iret | {11:8} By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. |
11 — 9 | Πίστει παρῴκησεν εἰς τὴν γῆν τῆς ἐπαγγελίας ὡς ἀλλοτρίαν, ἐν σκηναῖς κατοικήσας μετὰ ᾿Ισαὰκ καὶ ᾿Ιακὼβ τῶν συγκληρονόμων τῆς ἐπαγγελίας τῆς αὐτῆς· | 9 Me anë të besimit shkoi e banoi në tokën e premtuar si në tokë të huaj, edhe banoi në tenda, bashkë me Isakun e me Jakovin bashkëtrashëgimtarët e po atij premtimi; | 9 fide moratus est in terra repromissionis tamquam in aliena in casulis habitando cum Isaac et Iacob coheredibus repromissionis eiusdem | {11:9} By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as [in] a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: | 9 Durch den Glauben ist er ein Fremdling gewesen in dem verheißenen Lande als in einem fremden und wohnte in Hütten mit Isaak und Jakob, den Miterben derselben Verheißung; | 9 Верою обитал он на земле обетованной, как на чужой, и жил в шатрах с Исааком и Иаковом, сонаследниками того же обетования; |
| 10 expectabat enim fundamenta habentem civitatem cuius artifex et conditor Deus | {11:10} For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker [is] God.
Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.
Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, [so many] as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.
These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of [them,] and embraced [them,] and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. |
11 — 15 | καὶ εἰ μὲν ἐκείνης ἐμνημόνευον, ἀφ᾿ ἧς ἐξῆλθον, εἶχον ἂν καιρὸν ἀνακάμψαι· | 15 Edhe po ta mbanin mend atë atdhe, prej të cilit patën dalë, do të gjenin kohë të ktheheshin atje. | 15 et si quidem illius meminissent de qua exierunt habebant utique tempus revertendi | {11:15} And truly, if they had been mindful of that [country] from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
But now they desire a better [country,] that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city. |
11 — 17 | Πίστει προσενήνοχεν ᾿Αβραὰμ τὸν ᾿Ισαὰκ πειραζόμενος, καὶ τὸν μονογενῆ προσέφερεν ὁ τὰς ἐπαγγελίας ἀναδεξάμενος, | 17 Me anë të besimit Abrahami, kur provohej, pruri Isakun për theror; dhe ai që pati pritur premtimet pruri për theror birin e tij të vetëmlindur, | 17 fide obtulit Abraham Isaac cum temptaretur et unigenitum offerebat qui susceperat repromissiones | {11:17} By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten [son, ] | 17 Durch den Glauben opferte Abraham den Isaak, da er versucht ward, und gab dahin den Eingeborenen, da er schon die Verheißungen empfangen hatte, | 17 Верою Авраам, будучи искушаем, принес в жертву Исаака и, имея обетование, принес единородного, |

11 — 36 | ἕτεροι δὲ ἐμπαιγμῶν καὶ μαστίγων πεῖραν ἔλαβον, ἔτι δὲ δεσμῶν καὶ φυλακῆς· | 36 Edhe të tjerë u provuan me të përqeshura e me të rrahura, po edhe me të lidhura e me burgime. | 36 alii vero ludibria et verbera experti insuper et vincula et carceres | {11:36} And others had trial of [cruel] mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: | 36 Etliche haben Spott und Geißeln erlitten, dazu Bande und Gefängnis; | 36 другие испытали поругания и побои, а также узы и темницу, |
