| 3 et quaerebat videre Iesum quis esset et non poterat prae turba quia statura pusillus erat | {19:3} And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature.

| 5 et cum venisset ad locum suspiciens Iesus vidit illum et dixit ad eum Zacchee festinans descende quia hodie in domo tua oportet me manere | {19:5} And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.

| 7 et cum viderent omnes murmurabant dicentes quod ad hominem peccatorem devertisset | {19:7} And when they saw [it,] they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.
| 8Edhe Zakheu qëndroi e i tha Zotit: Ja, o Zot, gjysmën e pasurisë sime tek po ua jap të varfërve, edhe në i kam marrë gjë njeriu me mashtrim, ia kthej katërfish. | 8 stans autem Zaccheus dixit ad Dominum ecce dimidium bonorum meorum Domine do pauperibus et si quid aliquem defraudavi reddo quadruplum | {19:8} And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore [him] fourfold.
| 9Edhe Jisui i tha se sot u bë shpëtim në këtë shtëpi, sepse edhe ky është bir i Abrahamit. | 9 ait Iesus ad eum quia hodie salus domui huic facta est eo quod et ipse filius sit Abrahae | {19:9} And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
| 10Sepse Biri i njeriut erdhi të kërkojë e të shpëtojë të humburën. For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. |
19 — 11 | ᾿Ακουόντων δὲ αὐτῶν ταῦτα προσθεὶς εἶπε παραβολήν, διὰ τὸ ἐγγὺς αὐτὸν εἶναι ῾Ιερουσαλὴμ καὶ δοκεῖν αὐτοὺς ὅτι παραχρῆμα μέλλει ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ Θεοῦ ἀναφαίνεσθαι· | 11Edhe kur ata dëgjonin këto, Jisui shtoi e tha një paravoli, sepse ishte afër Jerusalemit, edhe ata pandehnin se menjëherë do të shfaqej mbretëria e Perëndisë. And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.
| 12 dixit ergo homo quidam nobilis abiit in regionem longinquam accipere sibi regnum et reverti | {19:12} He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.
| 13Edhe thirri dhjetë shërbëtorë të tij, e u dha dhjetë mna, edhe u tha: Bëni tregëti me këto deri sa të vij. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.
But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this [man] to reign over us.
| 15 et factum est ut rediret accepto regno et iussit vocari servos quibus dedit pecuniam ut sciret quantum quisque negotiatus esset | {19:15} And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.
| 16Edhe erdhi i pari, duke thënë: Zot, mnaja jote fitoi dhjetë mna. | 16 venit autem primus dicens domine mna tua decem mnas adquisivit | {19:16} Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.
| 17Edhe ai i tha: Të lumtë, shërbëtor i mirë; meqenëse u bëre besnik në të paktën, ki pushtet përmbi dhjetë qytete. | 17 et ait illi euge bone serve quia in modico fidelis fuisti eris potestatem habens supra decem civitates | {19:17} And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. |
19 — 18 | καὶ ἦλθεν ὁ δεύτερος λέγων· κύριε, ἡ μνᾶ σου ἐποίησε πέντε μνᾶς | 18Edhe erdhi i dyti, duke thënë: Zot, mnaja jote bëri pesë mna. | 18 et alter venit dicens domine mna tua fecit quinque mnas | {19:18} And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.
| 19I tha edhe këtij: Edhe ti bëhu zot përmbi pesë qytete. | 19 et huic ait et tu esto supra quinque civitates | {19:19} And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.
| 20Erdhi edhe tjetri, duke thënë: Zot, ja mnaja jote, të cilën e pata ruajtur në një shami, | 20 et alter venit dicens domine ecce mna tua quam habui repositam in sudario | {19:20} And another came, saying, Lord, behold, [here is] thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin: | 20 Und der dritte kam und sprach: Herr, siehe da, hier ist dein Pfund, welches ich habe im Schweißtuch behalten; | 20 Пришел третий и сказал: господин!
For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow. | 21 ich fürchtete mich vor dir, denn du bist ein harter Mann: du nimmst, was du nicht hingelegt hast, und erntest, was du nicht gesät hast.
And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, [thou] wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow: | 22 Er sprach zu ihm: Aus deinem Munde richte ich dich, du Schalk. Wußtest Du, daß ich ein harter Mann bin, nehme, was ich nicht hingelegt habe, und ernte, was ich nicht gesät habe?
19 — 23 | καὶ διατί οὐκ ἔδωκας τὸ ἀργύριόν μου ἐπὶ τὴν τράπεζαν, καὶ ἐγὼ ἐλθὼν σὺν τόκῳ ἂν ἔπραξα αὐτό; | 23Përse pra nuk e dhe argjendin tim në bankë, që, kur të vija unë, ta merrja bashkë me kamatën? | 23 et quare non dedisti pecuniam meam ad mensam et ego veniens cum usuris utique exegissem illud | {19:23} Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?

| 27 verumtamen inimicos meos illos qui noluerunt me regnare super se adducite huc et interficite ante me | {19:27} But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay [them] before me. |
